100 g of dried apricots
100 g of marzipan dough
3 tablespoons of apricot liqueur
50 g of confectioner's sugar
50 halves of walnuts
melted dark chocolate
100 g of dried apricots

50 halves of walnuts
melted dark chocolate
Pulse the apricots well
Mix with marzipan dough (see recipe below), apricot liqueur, and confectioner's sugar
Place a little of this mixture between two walnut halves
Press the walnuts firmly into the mixture
Place the sweet on a fork and submerge half in melted dark chocolate
Let it dry over oiled aluminum paper
Store in a cool place until presentation time.
