4 cups of cereal (crunchy oats)

2 red apples
1 large carrot
Honey to taste

Place the chosen cereal in a deep bowl and combine with the milk and water mixture
Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 4 hours in the refrigerator
Grate half of the carrot using a coarse grater, and cut the other half into thin strips
Set aside
Cut 1 apple into small cubes and the other into thin strips
Set aside
Add the grated carrot and cubed apple to the cereal mixture and stir gently
Sweeten with honey and distribute in individual tall glasses
Garnish with small pieces of carrot and apple, and serve chilled
