Season the pork chops with garlic, salt, and black pepper
Place the pork chops on the perforated part of the pan and top with sweet potatoes
Dust with salt and thyme
Drizzle with olive oil
Add 4 cups of water to the bottom of the pan
Cook covered for 50 minutes from boiling point
Arrange the pork chops and sweet potato in a serving dish
Brush with 2 cups of cooking water and sprinkle with parsley
Serve in four portions.
