Blanch the cauliflower florets in boiling salted water, covered with a lid, for 10 minutes
Drain well
In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and water until smooth
Add the grated cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and curry powder, mixing until combined
Place the cooked cauliflower florets into a baking dish
Cover with the sauce
Mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter
Top the cauliflower mixture with the breadcrumb mixture
Bake in a moderate oven temperature until hot and bubbly, about 8 portions.
