Sprinkle the chicken thighs with lime juice and place them in a refractory dish, greased
Place it in a moderate oven (170°C) for 40 to 50 minutes
Melt the butter or margarine, add the wine, seasonings, and baste the chicken with this mixture while baking
The chicken is ready when the meat starts to fall off the bone
