Preheat the oven to 425°F
Roll out the puff pastry in a rectangle measuring 34 x 36 cm
Poke holes with a fork and bake for about 35 minutes
Fry the onions in butter until lightly golden
Top the baked tart crust with fried onions, butter from the frying pan, sautéed mushrooms, and tomato slices
Finish with black olives
Bake again just to warm through
Serve hot.
