2 kg of lean beef cut into cubes

Two large potatoes, peeled and cut into 4 pieces
One sweet potato, peeled and cut into 4 pieces
One cup of cooked kidney beans
1/2 cup of chopped almonds
Three oranges, peeled and cut into wedges
1/4 cup of toasted hazelnuts, finely chopped
1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro

Brown in a large Dutch oven over medium heat
Add all ingredients except the almonds, oranges, hazelnuts, and cilantro
Simmer for approximately 2 hours, stirring occasionally
Transfer to a serving dish, placing the fruit on top
Sprinkle with nuts and herbs
Serve 12-15 people.
