1/2 pound of beans
1/2 pound of ground beef, cut into cubes
2 cloves of garlic, pressed
2 medium onions, finely chopped
tablespoons of olive oil
salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 pound of abobora, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 pound of beans

Soak the beans for one day before use
In a pressure cooker, heat the olive oil and add the onion and garlic
Let it fry for a few minutes
Add the ground beef and stir until it browns slightly
Add the beans and about 6 cups of water, season with salt and black pepper
Close the lid and cook for 30 minutes after the valve starts to bubble
Once ready, remove the lid
Add the abobora and a little more water if needed, and cook until the abobora is tender
Serve in a deep dish, sprinkled with fresh parsley and cilantro
Let it rest for 8 hours.
