Cut the beef into cubes and the pork into slices and reserve
In a pressure cooker, sauté the onion in olive oil, add the minced garlic and stir for two minutes
Add the beef and cook until it browns well
Add six tablespoons (chops) of beef broth and close the pressure cooker
Cook for 20 minutes after reaching pressure
Wait for the pressure to end and open the pressure cooker
Check if the meat is tender
If necessary, add hot water and continue cooking
After cooking the beef, add the pork and cook with the open pressure cooker for another 15 minutes
Adjust the seasoning and serve immediately.
