In a medium saucepan with 3 cups of water (720 ml), place a refrigerator bowl with the pieces of chocolate
Bring to low heat, stirring gently with a spatula, until the chocolate melts (about 5 minutes)
Let cool
Meanwhile, in a blender, beat the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks
Add the sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form (approximately 2 minutes)
Add the melted chocolate while cold and mix carefully with the spatula
Add the orange liqueur and mix again
Transfer to four small dessert cups
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving
