In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth (approximately 1 minute)
Transfer to a 24 cm diameter mold, cover and cook in a microwave at medium power until thickened (approximately 4 minutes), stirring every minute
Remove from microwave, mix well and let it cool down
Distribute among four cups
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour
Then, garnish with toasted mango flakes and serve
