2 spoons (sopa) of cornstarch
2 bananas, cut in half

1 In a low heat pan, place the sugar and stir until it forms a caramel
2 Remove from heat and, still warm, add 1 cup of milk
Return to heat and let the caramel melt completely
3 Add the dissolved cornstarch in the remaining milk and stir until smooth
4 In a non-stick grill pan, add a little butter and caramelize the bananas
Serve hot or cold.
