Cook the spinach
Drain and place it in a blender
Melt the butter
Add the flour and mix well
Add the milk gradually and mix constantly
Combine with the spinach in the blender
Blend thoroughly
Heat again over low heat, stirring until warm
Garnish with hard-boiled egg, strained through a sieve.
