1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
6 large and ripe red guavas
2 pots of natural yogurt (400g)

6 large and ripe red guavas
2 pots of natural yogurt (400g)
Cut the guavas in half, removing the seeds and pulp
Mix the pulp with water and pass it through a fine-mesh sieve
Add sugar to the mixture and stir well
Cut the guavas into thin strips and place them in a refrigerator
Moisten with the mixture
Cook in the microwave on high for 10 minutes
Remove from the microwave and transfer the guava, without the liquid, to a bowl
Add yogurt and grated lime peel to the mixture and stir well
Distribute among six plates and top with the guava strips
Refrigerate for about 1 hour
Decorate with HortelÃa leaves and serve.
