Wash the fruits and cut the strawberries into 4 equal parts
Make a clear caramel and place half of the fruits in it
Cook for 1 minute
Then, add lemon juice
Blend in a blender and reserve
Sear the other half of the fruits with sugar
FlambΓ© with liqueur and then add fruit broth
Pour the fruit broth into a deep plate and place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, garnishing with fresh mint leaves.
