2 ripe mangoes, cut into 1 kg pieces (Haden or Rosa varieties)
2 tablespoons of honey
2 cups of pineapple, cut into 1 cm cubes (400g)
1 cup of papaya, cut into 1 cm cubes (240g)
1 cup of strawberries, halved lengthwise (150g)
1 banana, sliced into rounds
2 fresh plums, cut into fine 0.5 cm strips
For decoration
Fresh mint leaves

Blend the mango in a processor or blender until smooth
Strain and add honey to taste
Mix well and portion into six servings
Lay the remaining fruits on top of the cream, garnished with fresh mint leaves
Chill and serve
