2 small mangos

1 cup (200 ml) of water

Hydrate the gelatin with 3 tablespoons of water and heat it in a microwave or double boiler until dissolved. Reserve
Beat the egg whites in a snow-like consistency (in a bowl with a fork or whisk until they become stiff)
Peel and chop the mango, blend it with orange juice and the remaining water
Add the additive, gelatin, and mix well
Pour into a bowl and combine the egg whites
Distribute in cups and refrigerate until serving.
