In a saucepan, combine the white wine, lime juice, orange juice, passionfruit juice, sugar, and mint leaves
Heat until boiling
Let it cool and mix in the dissolved gelatin according to the package instructions
Distribute the fruits into individual serving cups and top with the gelatin mixture
Chill in the refrigerator until firm
Decorate with fresh mint leaves.
