Ingredients: 1 box of strawberry gelatin; 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice; 1 full cup of crushed ice; 1 cup of heavy cream

Directions

Place the gelatin and orange juice in a blender cup

Close the lid and blend at high speed for 15 seconds

Remove the lid, add crushed ice and heavy cream without stopping the motor, and continue blending for 20 seconds

Pour into 4 individual serving cups

Wait 4 minutes, place 1/2 cookie on each serving cup, sprinkle with confectioner's sugar, and serve

Then refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
