Combine the strawberries with sugar and let it rest for 3 hours
Soak the gelatin in cold water and let it rest for 5 minutes
Dissolve the gelatin in a warm water bath
Add the softened gelatin to the strawberry mixture, when it starts to thicken, add the whipped cream
Pour into individual molds, refrigerate, and let it chill for several hours.
