500 g of strawberries
2 packages of champagne biscuits
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of heavy cream
5 to 7 tablespoons of lemon juice

Whisk together the condensed milk, lemon juice, and heavy cream in a blender and reserve
Wash and cut the strawberries into small cubes
Assemble the pavê in individual servings or a refrigerator, if preferred
Layer the biscuits champagne at the bottom of each serving, followed by the whipped cream from the blender on top of the biscuit, and finally a layer of strawberries on top of the cream
Repeat the layers in this order until each serving is complete (or the refrigerator)
Garnish to taste and refrigerate until ready to serve
