1 packet (30g) of active dry yeast

4 eggs beaten like for a meringue (whisk the whites first, then the yolks)

Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk and add the remaining ingredients
Finally, the flour (the usual way to make a cake dough)
Knead well
Shape into balls the size of a walnut and let rise
When the balls are risen, coat them in melted shortening, then roll in sugar and cinnamon powder, and finally in chopped nuts
Arrange them next in a muffin tin
Between each layer, place dried apricots, chopped nuts, and thick fruit syrup (peach, abiu, pear or papaya)
Let it bake and once baked, drizzle with fruit syrup again
Unmold and serve.
