2 tablespoons of cornstarch

A small bunch of green grapes, cut in half
A small bunch of red grapes, cut in half
1/2 teaspoon of unflavored gelatin powder
1/2 cup (cup) of water
1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of confectioners' sugar

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

1/2 cup (cup) of water
1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of confectioners' sugar
Make the dough: blend the sweetened condensed milk in a blender until it forms a crumbly mixture
Place it in a bowl and add the confectioners' sugar, 3 tablespoons of condensed milk, and 2 tablespoons of milk
Mix until it forms a dough
Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Remove from the refrigerator and line the bottom and sides of a mold with the dough. Reserve
In a saucepan, combine the remaining condensed milk, cornstarch dissolved in milk, and vanilla extract
Cook over low heat until it forms a thick cream
Pour it over the dough and reserve
Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds
Reserve 20 grape halves
Arrange the grape halves on top of the cream and reserve
Blend the reserved grapes in a blender, strain the juice, and add lemon juice and confectioners' sugar
Dissolve the gelatin powder in water and melt it in a water bath
Mix the melted gelatin with the blended grapes and spread it over the grapes
Refrigerate for four hours
Serve chilled.
