Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes
Remove from heat and let cool

Beat the plums and milk in a blender
Transfer to a bowl
Add eggs and sugar, mixing well
Preheat oven to medium temperature

Pour the mixture into the prepared mold and bake in a water bath with boiling water for 1 hour 20 minutes or until, when inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean
Let cool, unmold, and drizzle with plum syrup
Keep refrigerated for at least two hours before serving
