1 In a saucepan, combine the cocoa, cornstarch, sugar, and salt
Mix well
2 Whisk together the milk and eggs, then add to the mixture, stirring constantly
Add the heavy cream and butter lastly
Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until hot
Cook for an additional 3 minutes without stopping to stir
3 Pour into a greased round dish with a 20 cm diameter
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
