3 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of honey
2 cups of fresh pineapple chunks or canned pineapple
1/2 cup of rum

2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of honey
2 cups of fresh pineapple chunks or canned pineapple
1/2 cup of rum
Melt the butter in a skillet
Add the brown sugar, honey, and pineapple; cook slowly until bubbly
Add crepes one by one, brushing with the sauce
Place some of the mixture on each crepe and roll up
Push to the side of the skillet
Add more butter and brown sugar if needed
When crepes are warm, heat the rum, pour over crepes, and ignite
Serve 6 portions.
