1 package of dietetic vanilla pudding
2 cups of skim milk
5 tablespoons of pears or peaches in a dietetic syrup
8 dietetic biscuits, rosquins, or amarettos
5 tablespoons (of tea) of strawberry or guava jelly dietetically prepared
1/2 tablespoon (of soup) of rum
1 package of dietetic vanilla pudding
2 cups of skim milk
5 tablespoons of pears or peaches in a dietetic syrup

1/2 tablespoon (of soup) of rum
Beat the pudding mixture and milk in a blender
Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches boiling point
Remove from heat and let cool
Distribute the pears or peaches cut into small cubes across 5 tarts
Cover with the pudding
Garnish with biscuits filled with jelly
Sprinkle with rum
Refrigerate for 3 hours
Serve in 5 portions, each with approximately 190 calories
If desired, substitute pears or peaches in syrup with fresh pears and peaches.
