4 croissants cut lengthwise
1 can of tuna drained and flaked (170g)
1 1/2 tablespoon of natural yogurt
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of chopped green onion
1 small cucumber sliced into thin rounds
4 croissants cut lengthwise
1 can of tuna drained and flaked (170g)

Bake the croissants in a medium oven (170°C) for about 10 minutes
Remove from the oven
Mix together the tuna, yogurt, lemon juice, and green onion
To serve, place 2 halves of croissant on a plate with the cut side up
Place a spoonful of tuna mixture over each half
Top with cucumber slices
Serve in 8 portions.
