3 cups (chopped) of pork cut into cubes
100 g of okra (Ed. 411)
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 pinch of nutmeg
Salt and black pepper to taste

Cook the pork in a microwave-safe bowl for 5 minutes
After half the time, stir with a spoon
Let it rest for 2 minutes
Dust with salt and black pepper and set aside
Cut the okra into slices and soak in cold water with apple cider vinegar for 10 minutes
Drain the okra in a strainer and set aside
Sauté the onion in olive oil until translucent
Add the okra and sauté for an additional 3 minutes
Add the pork, stir gently, and cook over low heat for 5 minutes
If needed, add warm water by the spoonful
Cook until the pork and okra are tender but still firm
Dust with nutmeg and serve immediately.
