Grind the corn, cutting it with a knife
Blend in a blender the grains with water, then strain through a sieve
Transfer the mixture to a pot
Add the cornstarch, milk, and coconut milk
Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until boiling
Reduce heat and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes or until slightly thickened
Transfer to a bowl and serve.
