2 cups of milk
3 well-beaten eggs
3 tablespoons of honey
1/2 cup of fresh grated coconut, lightly toasted

Place the milk in a bowl
Add the eggs and honey, and whisk with a fork or wire whisk
Add the grated coconut
Mix well
Pour into individual buttered or oiled molds, or a larger baking dish
Place in a warm oven (325°F) to 1/2 inch of water level
Bake at moderate heat (160°C) for about 1 hour, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean
Serves 5.
