Directions

Sift together the flour, sugar, cream, baking soda, and salt

Place in a bowl and make a hole in the middle

Add the vegetable oil and lightly beaten eggs

Mix with your fingertips until you get a homogeneous consistency and divide the dough into several parts

Make small ropes with your hands and join the ends

Arrange the cookies on a greased baking sheet, brush with egg, and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown
