Apreheat the oven to moderate temperature (170°C)
Grease a 25 cm diameter round refractory mold
Combine milk, coconut, eggs, sugar, flour, butter or margarine, vanilla extract, and yeast in a blender cup
Blend until everything is well mixed
Pour into the prepared mold and bake until golden brown (about 1 hour)
While still warm, cover with your desired fruit and refrigerate
Finish with whipped cream.
