In a small pan, combine the strawberries, water, and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until the strawberries melt and form a smooth creme
Unroll the puff pastry and cut into circles approximately 4 cm in diameter
Use a brush to lightly moisten the edges of the circles with water
Place in a preheated oven at 200o for 25 minutes
Remove from oven, let cool, and fill the pastry with strawberry creme
Distribute cream cheese over each leaf and return to oven for 10 minutes
You can serve warm or cold.
