3/4 cup of milk
3/4 cup of coconut cream
3 tablespoons (scoop) of cornstarch
1 3/4 cups of unsalted butter
2 1/2 cups of confectioner's sugar

2 1/2 cups of confectioner's sugar
In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, coconut cream, and cornstarch
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened to the consistency of pudding
Remove from heat and let cool, covered with plastic wrap to prevent skin formation
Beat the butter until creamy, then gradually add the pudding and confectioner's sugar
Beat until firm
Note: This coating is sufficient for covering a 30cm diameter cake
You may add food coloring if you desire a colored coating.
