For the cake
6 eggs
1 and 1/2 cups of sugar
1 cup of melted butter
1 cup of rolled oats
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of salt

3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 cup of confectioner's sugar sifted

Beat the eggs with the sugar until a smooth and creamy mixture forms
Add the butter, oats, flour, yeast, cinnamon, and salt
Beat at medium speed for 1 minute to obtain a uniform dough
Place the dough into an ungreased tube pan of 24 cm in diameter, preheated oven at 200°C
Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown
Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan
Prepare the decoration by mixing the lemon juice and sugar
Pipe the mixture onto the cake as desired
Serve warm
