Grate the coconut, place it on a cloth and squeeze to remove pure coconut milk. Reserve
Add hot water to the coconut bag to remove the second milk (grate)
Moisten the corn with the grated coconut milk until it forms a crushed mixture
Add the salt and pass through a sieve
Place a fine cloth, such as cheesecloth, in the steamer basket and add the corn mixture without compressing
Cover and seal the steamer, which should be placed over boiling water with 3 cm of cold water at the bottom
