1 kg of pumpkin, weighed after cleaned
1 small coconut grated
4 whole sticks of cinnamon
5 whole cloves
4 tablespoons of sugar

Cut the pumpkin into cubes and cook with 1/2 cup of water for about 25 minutes, or until it's soft and all the water has evaporated
Remove from heat
Add sugar, clove, cinnamon and massage the pumpkin cubes against the sides of the pan using a wooden spoon
Return to heat and cook until it's quite thick
Add grated coconut and cook, stirring constantly, until it stops coming out at the bottom of the pan
Let it cool and put in a pudding mold
