Wash, peel, and boil the sweet potatoes with the beetroot
Drain and let it cool down
Process through a blender
In a saucepan, place the water, cloves, add the cooked sweet potato and beetroot, and simmer for about 10 minutes
Remove from heat, add powdered gelatin
Let it cool down again
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
