In a bowl, mix the wine with the water
Add the sagoo and let it soak for 1 hour
Place in a pot, add the sugar, cinnamon, and cloves
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until cooked and tender
Remove from heat, allow to cool, and serve in bowls
Serve chilled
