2 packages of unflavored gelatin

1 cup of orange juice
250g of honey, grated (or in a food processor, chopped)
2 drops of yellow food coloring
18 envelopes of powdered gelatin

In a bowl, combine the unflavored gelatin with 1/2 cup of water to hydrate for 1 minute
Heat the mixture over low heat in a bain-marie until dissolved. Reserve
In a blender, blend the egg yolks with the remaining water and orange juice; add the yellow food coloring and combine with the gelatin
Chill in the refrigerator until it starts to set, then fold in the whipped egg whites, powdered gelatin, and honey
Pour into a wet mold and refrigerate for about 3 hours
Demold and decorate with orange slices.
