Mix the sugar, eggs, and salt until it forms a mass
Add the flour, egg whites, orange juice, and yeast, beating continuously
Bake the cake and prick it with a fork

Blend the ingredients in a blender and glaze the cake

Mix the ingredients together and spread on top of the cake
If desired, cover with shredded coconut
Chill in the refrigerator for two hours before serving.
