Preheat the oven to 180oC (medium)
Grease a baking dish with butter, measuring 20 cm x 30 cm. Reserve
In a mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form (approximately 2 minutes)
Gradually add the flour, beating constantly, until a smooth mixture forms (approximately 2 minutes)
Add the yolks and continue beating until the mixture becomes creamy (about 5 minutes)
Remove from the mixer
Sift the flour and salt over the mixture
With a spatula, mix delicately until uniform
Transfer to the reserved baking dish
Bake in a preheated oven at 180oC (medium) until the edges start to detach (about 20 minutes)
Let it cool (about 10 minutes)
Cover with a plate cloth and dust with flour
With a spatula, release the sides and bottom of the mass
Unmold onto the plate
Prepare the filling: while the mass is baking, in a medium pan, combine all ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, stirring with a wooden spoon until thick (about 1 minute)
Remove from the heat
Cover the chocolate cream with plastic wrap touching the surface and let it cool
Spread the filling on the mass
With the help of the plate cloth, roll the log in the direction of length
Transfer to a serving dish and serve
