Scoop the sorbet into 4 individual portions
Cut the biscuits in half and quickly dip them in liqueur or orange juice, then arrange them along the sides of each portion
Distribute the gelato over the sorbet, followed by slices of banana that have been soaked in lemon juice
Serve immediately.
