Remove the peels and seeds from the grapes
Mash with a fork and set aside
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
Let it cool, then combine with prepared gelatin according to package instructions, whiskey, grapes, and finally egg whites
Line a 1-liter capacity mold with plastic wrap
Line the sides of the mold with cookies, place the whipped cream, and cover with another layer of crushed cookies
Gently press down to allow the whipped cream to settle
Refrigerate for at least 8 hours
Unmold, top with whipped cream, decorate with grapes, and dust with cocoa powder
