Cook the sugar with the milk, until a part of the liquid evaporates, becomes thick and creamy
Note: This process is very time-consuming and will take 60 to 90 minutes

The caramel is ready when it starts to come away from the sides of the pan
Serve as dessert, accompanied by fresh Minas cheese
Variation: If desired, make the milk caramel using condensed milk
Remove the label, wash the can and put it in the pressure cooker (make use of cooking beans, for example)
In this case, it will take only 35 minutes
But if cooking in a common pan with boiling water, it will take 1 hour and 30 minutes.
