Wash the green mother with its skin
Remove the seeds, grate or blend in a processor (in gratings)
In a pot, combine water, cinnamon, and mint
Let it boil
Add the grated green mother and let it simmer on low heat
Let it thicken
Remove from heat and add powdered sugar
Serve at room temperature.
