1 cup dry red wine - 240 ml
1 can of low-calorie pears in syrup

Mix the gelatin with boiling water
Stir until dissolved
Add the wine and refrigerate until slightly thickened
Add the pear slices and chopped nuts (optional)
Pour into a small mold
Refrigerate for at least 1 day or overnight
Unmold to serve
Serve in 8 portions.
