In a bowl, vigorously mix together the ice cream, orange liqueur, and vanilla extract
Pour the ice cream mixture into the center of the mold

Cover with hazelnuts, line and place in the freezer for 12 hours
In a bowl, heat the chocolate pieces and heavy cream in the microwave at maximum power for 1 minute
Remove and whip until smooth
Unmold the ice cream, dust with chocolate, and serve with ganache and strawberries.
