1 can of evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups of passion fruit juice
1 cup of sugar
1 can of evaporated milk

Whisk the evaporated milk in a bowl (which should be placed inside an ice-filled container) until it becomes a frothy consistency
Gradually add the passion fruit juice and sugar, whisking continuously
When the mixture starts to form peaks when lifting the whisk, it's ready
Pour into serving cups and refrigerate
It should be served within 2 hours, as it cannot be stored.
